2°) Reservation
Reservations can be made by email, phone, or directly via the website. Once confirmed and paid, Geneva Shuttle will issue a written confirmation with all reservation details and send it by email. You should verify all data to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
At your request, an invoice can be prepared and sent to you (by email only).
No time frame is necessary to make your reservation; however, we advise you to do so as early as possible to guarantee a seat on our shuttles.
Unless prior agreement, if you have not made your payment (or if you have not provided the required guarantees during the reservation) no later than 2 days before your transfer, Geneva Shuttle reserves the right to cancel your reservation and make the freed place available.
The personal information you provide us during the reservation and during correspondence is intended exclusively to process your request. As required by applicable regulations in France, you have a right of access and rectification of this information; just write us an email or send us a letter by post to the address of the registered office mentioned above.
When booking, a pickup time is set. However, Geneva Shuttle reserves the right to anticipate or delay the pickup time by a maximum of 1 hour; in this case, the client will be informed as quickly as possible and may not refuse (please note that for a shuttle to an airport or train station, the necessary time for baggage check-in will be respected).
If the client wishes to change their schedule, we will do our best to accommodate them, but nothing is guaranteed, and this does not constitute a valid reason for cancellation since the departure contract will have been accepted.
Geneva Shuttle will always do its best to ensure that vehicles arrive on time at the scheduled meeting points and drop off clients at their intended destination on time. However, Geneva Shuttle disclaims any responsibility for delays caused by external factors beyond its control, such as:
-
Road accidents causing slowdowns
-
Road accidents blocking all traffic
-
Exceptional weather conditions
-
Law enforcement controls
-
Vandalism and terrorism
-
Unexpected traffic jams
-
Strikes and/or demonstrations blocking the road
-

3°) Vehicle and Luggage
You can take as much luggage as you want at no additional cost as long as an extra vehicle is not necessary.
The vehicles are fully insured for passenger transport, as required by French law. However, even if we always handle luggage with the utmost care, passengers’ belongings are transported at their own risk, and Geneva Shuttle cannot be held responsible for loss or damage. Similarly, in case of forgetting one of your bags, the postal return costs will be at your expense.
All our vehicles are non-smoking and air-conditioned.
We can provide baby seats and boosters for your children free of charge to ensure they travel comfortably and safely. Please indicate this at the time of your reservation.
Please note that in France, seat belt use is mandatory for all passengers without exception, and drivers may take the initiative not to drive until all passengers are properly buckled.
Geneva Shuttle reserves the right, and grants this right to its drivers, to refuse vehicle access to any person visibly under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and whose behavior may be considered a threat to other passengers and the driver. Passengers are not allowed to consume alcoholic beverages in the vehicles.
4°) Prices
Our prices are freely available on our website.
The prices indicated are all taxes included (no additional fees will be requested later unless the original itinerary is modified, or additional unreported persons are included in the reservation).

If you wish to modify them or change any detail, the request must be sent by phone to Geneva Shuttle’s reservation center at least three days before the transfer.
